Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary according to the type of your order:
1. For webshop orders shipping costs are determined based on the order value (before tax).
2. For webshop orders with express delivery, we charge a surcharge regardless of the value.

3. Handling fee/service charge regulation from 9th January 2023
The following options are available:

1 handling fee/service charge (handling, bundling and intermediate storage). If all items are available in stock at the time of order no service fee will be charged.
2 handling fee/service charge (handling, bundling and intermediate storage). The desired date can be selected up to 6 months from the order date or has to be discussed with order department.
If the manufacturer does not provide the goods in time, the delivery will be made as a complete delivery at earliest possible date.
All orders made via EDI processing are excluded from this handling fee regulation.
