Replacement Service
In order to accelerate the process of repair Videor may exchange the faulty CCTV product. Depending on availability the customer receives an exchange unit from service stock instead of waiting for the repair of his own equipment. This service is free-of-charge within the warranty period. Outside of warranty this exchange service will be charged, the price only being the same as for repair.Advance Replacement Service
Upon request and if the equipment goes faulty within warranty, Videor might be able to supply a unit in advance. Subject to availability of equivalent equipment, the customer receives an exchange unit and returns the faulty product afterwards. A flat fee will be charged for this service, repair charges will not be issued. This advance replacement service is not available for equipment out of warranty.
