We hope you are happy with our products and services. If it is nonetheless necessary to send something back to us, please note the following description regarding our returns procedure. Improved repair service for eneo customers in the UK and Ireland
As of May 1st, 2012, all repairs of eneo CCTV products for our customers in the UK and the Republic of Ireland will be handled exclusively by Multicare in Leeds, England. Multicare is a highly professional repair centre with many years of experience and expertise in the market, which have earned the company Sole Service Centre status with several reputable manufacturers of electronic equipment. eneo customers in the UK and Ireland will reap multiple benefits from our cooperation with Multicare: - End customers and distributors can now submit their repair requests directly to Multicare, thus significantly expediting the repair process. - RMA’s for repairs will be issued directly by Multicare. - Returns for credit still need the approval from Videor. Returns for credit can then be shipped to Multicare, i.e. there is only one address for all returns.

No return of goods with a list price below 200 EUR. A return is only valid if it is offered by the manufacturer.
