Checklist for submission of your repair: • Before you send us you goods, please check the SLA area to find out whether the manufacturer directly accepts the goods for repair or exchange. • Use our RMA form. Check off that this is a repair and carefully complete all fields. • Please fax or email us the form. You will then receive a RMA number for returning the goods. • Alternatively, you can also place your RMA request by phone. We require the following information for this: your customer number, model and serial number of the goods (refer to the nameplate), type of problem. • Please clearly mark the RMA number on the delivery documents and so that it can be seen on the package. • Please always pack your goods secured for transport in the original packaging. Should you no longer have the original packaging, make sure that the goods are packaged so that they are safe during transportation. Damage sustained during transportation due to inadequate packaging shall be at your expense.
On receipt of the goods we shall check the accuracy of the information you have provided as well as any possible claim under warranty. You will receive a cost estimate should the repair be chargeable. The goods will be repaired or exchanged for a similar product depending upon device type and availability.
Should we not be able to ascertain a malfunction, we will inspect the goods and send them back to you. We charge a minimum inspection fee of € 50 depending on the manufacturer.
