Dallmeier and Videor end their collaboration
[Regensburg/Rödermark, 03/13/12] Today, Videor E. Hartig GmbH and Dallmeier electronic GmbH & Co.KG have announced that their collaboration will end, by mutual agreement, on 01.04.2012. After over 15 years of successful partnership, the manufacturer of video surveillance equipment and the multibrand distributor are now going their separate ways. According to company sources, the strategies of the two partners have developed in different directions over the past few years. With high mutual respect for each other's achievements, it must now be recognised that a joint marketing strategy is no longer meaningful. "We appreciate the achievements of Dallmeier who, as a German manufacturer, have made a significant contribution to the development of the video surveillance market and we thank them for the many years of successful collaboration", explained Videor managing director, Michael Haas. "Videor E. Hartig GmbH has continuously developed as a multibrand distributor during the past few years. I am grateful for the many years of collaboration and wish Videor continued further success!", stated Dieter Dallmeier, the directing partner of Dallmeier electronic GmbH & Co.KG.Both companies will make sure their common existing customers are taken care of and have made appropriate agreements to achieve this.
